大型异步电机定子模态仿真优化

摘要 异步电机中振动和噪声是其重要性能指标,也是影响电机发展的主要问题之一。准确计算定子的振动模态和固有频率,进行相应结构设计,能有效减小电机振动和噪声。本文基于ANSYS软件建立电机定子结构模型,进行模态分析,研究定子冲片和机座重要结构尺寸变化影响定子固有频率改变的规律,找出最佳优化设计手段。 The vibration and noise are important performance indexes of the asynchronous motor,and also main problems for the motor development.With the vibration mode and inherent frequency of the stator calculated accurately and the structure designed,the motor vibration and noise can be effectively reduced.In this paper,a motor stator structure model is established for modal analysis based on ANSYS software,so as to study the rules about the influence of important stator punching and engine base structure dimensions on the inherent frequency change of the stator and find the most excellent optimization design method.
