摘要 14Cr17Ni2材料淬硬性受成分和原始组织的影响,洛氏硬度要求38 HRC以上的材料选用需控制碳含量及铁素体含量,从而保证抽检方式材料的成品率及质量稳定性,避免盲目用材带来的质量隐患。文章从材料成分,热处理制度及组织方面进行了14Cr17Ni2材料淬硬性研究,为热处理选材控制提供了技术支持。 The hardenability of 14 Cr17 Ni2 material is affected by the composition and original structure.Those materials with Rockwell hardness above 38 HRC should be selected and used with the carbon content and ferrite content controlled to ensure the yield and quality stability of the material under casual inspection and to avoid any potential quality hazards arising from blind material selection and use.The hardenability of 14 Cr17 Ni2 material has been studied in aspects of heat treating regime and texture,which provides a technical basis for heat treatment and material selection control.
