摘要
探索核主泵电机转子铜条(高纯无氧银铜)材料变形量与强度及电导率关系,变形量逐渐增加,材料的抗拉强度也呈增加趋势,电导率则均匀降低。成品道次变形量为10%~20%时,高纯无氧银铜材料的抗拉强度和电导率均满足主泵电机转子铜条的要求,可在该变形量区间寻求最优制造工艺和降低成本的途径。
The relationship among rotor copper bar(high-purity oxygen-free silver copper)material deformation,strength and conductivity of nuclear main pump motor is explored,and the gradual increase of deformation will lead to the trend of increase of tensile strength of material and the uniform decrease of conductivity.When the pass deformation of the finished product is 10%-20%,the tensile strength and conductivity of the high-purity oxygen-free silver copper material can both meet the requirements of the rotor copper bar of main pump motor,and the optimal manufacturing process and the method of cost reduction can be acquired in this deformation range.
