摘要
以往的永磁直驱风力发电机由于采用多极结构,外径较大、功率密度较低,转子内部有大量的空间没有利用。为了在不增加电机体积的前提下提高电机功率密度,对双定子这特殊电机结构进行了研究。提出了一种新型双定子电机的设计方法并建立双定子结构电机的二维有限元模型。采用有限元分析的方法,分析了双定子电机的空载特性、负载特性、最大输出功率、永磁体最大去磁工作点,验证了设计方法的合理性。
The previous permanent-magnet direct-driven wind turbine generator has a lot of space not utilized for its multi-pole structure,larger outer diameter and lower power density.To improve the power density of motor under no volume increased,the structure of double stator,a special motor is studied.There has been a new double-stator motor design method proposed and a two-dimensional finite element model of the motor built.With the finite element analysis method,the no-load characteristics,on-load characteristics,maximum output power and maximum demagnetization work-point of permanent magnet in the double-stator motor are analyzed,and the reasonability of design method is verified.
