基于湿模态燃油箱随机振动疲劳研究

摘要 为解决装满溶液的燃油箱在随机振动试验中钢带失效问题,考虑了油箱与液体之间流固耦合作用,建立燃油箱湿模态仿真方法,将获取的钢带应力频响结果导入Ncode疲劳软件中,基于Miner线性累积损伤理论进行随机振动疲劳分析,研究了不同钢带垫片厚度对振动疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明:垫片厚度需大于2 mm,可满足钢带疲劳寿命大于32 h的要求,研究结果避免了产品过设计,可节省设计开发成本。 To solve the straps fatigue break problem of fuel tank filled with solution in the random vibration condition.The fluid structure coupling between tank and liquid was considered.The wet mode simulation method of fuel tank was established.The stress frequency response results were imported into Ncode software.Random vibration fatigue analysis was carried out based on Miner linear cumulative damage theory.The effect of different thickness of straps gasket on vibration fatigue life were studied.The results show that the thickness of gasket should be greater than 2 mm,which can meet the requirement of the fatigue life of the straps more than 32 hours.The research results can avoid over design of products and save the cost of design and development.
