摘要
针对在开发的某型轮毂传动齿轮箱在疲劳试验时发现行星轮滚动轴承失效现象,结合试验过程,对轴承失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:轴承的失效形式为磨损和断裂;失效原因为润滑不足、轴承选配不当引起的轴承内部干磨并产生大量的热,使得轴承材料性能变化,轴承滚道磨损严重,最终导致内圈断裂。同时针对轴承失效的原因,提出了相关的改进措施。
The planetary gear rolling bearings failure in the hub gear box was found during fatigue test.Based on the testing conditions,the failure reason of bearing was analyzed.The result show that the failure mode of bearings is wear and fracture.Insufficient lubrication and improper bearing selection caused dry wear inside the bearing and generating heat,which makes the bearing material properties change and bearing raceway wear seriously,and leads to the inner ring fracture.According to the causes of bearing failure,the relevant improvement measures are put forward.
