摘要
以绳轮式单导轨汽车玻璃升降器为例,对汽车玻璃升降器的设计方法和设计要求进行论述,主要包含升降器载荷计算、力矩计算、玻璃提拉点布置、电机选型等关键问题,配合升降器系统设计,减轻设计人员的理论计算。
Taking single rope wheel window regulator as an example,the design method and design requirements of the window regulator were discussed,mainly including the load calculation,torque calculation,glass lifting point layout,motor selection.Which could cooperate with the window regulator system design to reduce the theoretical calculation of the designers.
