摘要
由于现量产电喷系统成本过高,为了降低电喷系统成本,设计了一种怠速气道以机械调整方式的来替代步进电机控制的节流阀体。试验结果表明:该节流阀体能满足发动机及整车的各项性能指标。
Because the cost of EFI system is too high,in order to reduce the cost of EFI system,a side airway for the throttle body by mechanical adjust to replace the IACV(Idle Air Controll Valve)was designed.The test results show that the design of the throttle body can meet the performance indicators for the engine and the vehicle.
