摘要
介绍了汽车行业的冷却风扇的测试标准,说明了测量冷却风扇轴向变形的必要性。提出了一种全新的冷却风扇轴向变形测试方法,并将新老方法测量结果进行比较。结果表明:新方法具有非接触式、高精度、高自动化、高效率等优点。
The test standard of cooling fan assembly in automobile industry was introduced.The necessity of measuring axial deformation of cooling fan was explained.A new test method of axial deformation of cooling fan assembly was proposed,and the measurement results of new and old methods were compared.The result shows that the new method has the advantages of non-contact,high precision,high automation and high efficiency.
