高管团队智力资本与企业绩效的关系--管理自由度的调节作用 被引量:4

摘要 知识经济时代以来,智力资源被视为企业中最重要的生产要素,高管团队智力资本更是成为了企业发展的决定力量。文章基于2018-2019中国知识密集型上市公司的数据,研究高管团队智力资本与企业绩效的关系以及管理自由度对这两者关系的调节效应。研究结果显示,高管团队智力资本越丰富,企业绩效表现越好,另外,管理自由度对高管团队智力资本与企业绩效之间的关系具有负向调节作用,表明中国上市公司高管团队的功能倾向于资源提供。 Since the era of knowledge economy,intellectual resources have been regarded as the most important factor of production in enterprises.Top management team intelligence capital has become the decisive power of enterprise development.Based on the data of knowledge-intensive listed companies in China during 2018—2019,this paper explores the relationship between executive team of intellectual capital and enterprise performance,and the mediating role of managerial discretion on the relationship between top management team intelligence capital and enterprise performance.The empirical results indicate that the more top management team intelligence capital,the better enterprise performance,in addition the managerial discretion play the negative role on the relationship between top management team intelligence capital and enterprise performance,indicates that functions of top management team of listed companies in China tend to provision of resources.
