刺芹侧耳交配型位点结构多态性分析 被引量:1

摘要 对刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)4个双核菌株的8个原生质体单核体进行基因组重测序和交配型位点的生物信息学分析,并对单核体之间的亲和性进行遗传分析。结果表明:8个单核体中含有3种A交配型位点和4种B交配型位点;其中3种A交配型位点都包含一对HD 1和HD 2基因,以典型的‘头对头’方式排列,HD基因两端有保守mip和β-fg基因;4种B交配型位点的信息素受体和信息素前体的数量及在基因组中的分布上差异较大,表明B交配型位点存在更丰富的遗传多样性。 Protoplasts of eight monokaryons segregated from four dikarytotic Pleurotus eryngii strains were subjected to whole genome re-sequencing,bioinformatics analysis of their mating-type loci and genetic analysis of affinity between these monokaryons.The results showed that there were three A mating-type loci and four B mating-type loci in these monokaryons.All three A mating-type loci contain a pair of HD 1 and HD 2 genes arranged in a typical'head-to-head'manner,and are closely flanked by conservative genes mip and β-fg at two ends,respectively.There are large variations in the number of pheromone receptor and pheromone precursor genes at the four B mating-type loci and their distribution in the genome,suggesting a high genetic diversity in B mating-type loci.
