摘要
针对苏打盐碱地水稻育苗取土破坏生态环境、生产效率低、秧苗素质差等问题。采用完全随机区组设计,比较了不同基质板处理与常规育苗的产量品质差异。基质板+钵形毯式盘+专用营养液2组合的叶龄、根长、根数、百株地上干重、地下干重较常规对照分别提高了4.86%、10.42%、9.41%、11.05%、13.16%,极显著提高了水稻的秧苗素质。干物质积累量在灌浆期、成熟期各处理间均高于常规对照,分别提高了1.30%、5.26%、0.24%、9.04%和2.96%、2.27%、0.89%、5.38%。基质板+钵形毯式盘+专用营养液2组合的产量最大为10662.00 kg·hm-2,较常规对照增产4.16%。基质板+钵形毯式盘+专用营养液1组合的营养品质及食味值最佳分别为9.33%、16.24%、72.23分,且稻米食味值较常规对照提高了3.96%。
Aiming at the problems of soil extraction for rice seedlings in soda saline soil,damage to the ecological environment,low production efficiency,and poor seedling quality,a completely randomized block design was used to compare the yield and quality of different substrate plate treatments and conventional seedlings.Compared with the conventional control,the leaf age,root length,root number,100 aboveground dry weight and underground dry weight of the combination of matrix plate+bowl-shaped blanket plate+special nutrient solution 2 increased by 4.86%,10.42%,9.41%,11.05%and 13.16%,greatly improved the quality of rice seedlings respectively.The accumulation of dry matter was higher than the conventional control in each treatment during the filling stage and the maturity stage,increased by 1.30%,5.26%,0.24%,9.04%and 2.96%,2.27%,0.89%,5.38%,respectively.The output of the combination of matrix board+bowl-shaped blanket-type tray+special nutrient solution 2 was 10662.00kg/hm-2,4.16%higher than the conventional control.The nutritional quality and taste value of the combination of matrix plate+bowl-shaped blanket plate+special nutrient solution 1 were 9.33%,16.24%and 72.23 points respectively,and the rice taste value was increased by 3.96%compared with the conventional control.
