河南省高师院校科技创新力的现状分析及提升对策

摘要 立足于创新驱动发展战略的时代背景,剖析了河南省高师院校面临的科技创新能力不足问题,明确了其提升科技创新力的基本对策:以“新师范”为契机,整合师范专业认证和国家级、省级一流专业建设,助推内涵发展;优化科技管理体制,通过外部引进和内部培养加强高层次人才的队伍建设;积极推进产学研合作,努力完善科技成果的转化途径和奖励制度;坚持政府-高校-中学协同育人,促进高师院校积极地服务于地方基础教育的改革和发展。 In view of the strategy of innovation-driven development,this paper analyzes the problem of inadequate technological innovation ability for normal universities in Henan province,and clarifies the basic countermeasures.Firstly,taking the opportunity of“new normal university”construction to boost connotation development by integrating normal professional certificating and the national and provincial level first class specialty construction,optimizing the management system of science and technology to strengthen the high-level talents team construction through introduction and internal training of talents,actively promoting industry-university-institute cooperation,and improving the transformation channels and reward system of scientific and technological achievements,adhering to the collaborative talent cultivation among of government,universities and middle schools to promote normal universities to actively serve the reform and development of local elementary education.
