应用型本科院校英语专业校内实践教学体系建构

Construction of on Campus Practice Teaching System for EnglishMajors in Application Oriented Universities

应用型本科院校英语专业校内实践教学的目的是填补校内理论实践学习与校外实习实践活动的鸿沟,是为应用型人才上岗做好孵化准备。因此应用型本科院校校内实践教学体系应由顶层设计、教学内容和人才培养三个部分构成,满足从管理层面到人才输出,再由人才的社会影响反拨顶层设计的循环结构。针对校内实践存在的时新性弱、教学软、硬件条件不足等问题,提出校企合作、培养双师型教师、通过社会评价指导实践等方案,构建应用型高校校内实践教学体系。

The purpose of on campus practice teaching for English majors in application-oriented universities is to fill the gap between on campus theoretical practice learning and off campus practice teaching,to prepare the application-oriented talents before service.Therefore,the practice teaching system in application-oriented universities should be composed of top-level design,teaching content,and talent cultivation,which can meet the cycling from management-talent output to social feedback-driven top-level design.In view of the problems existing in on campus practice,such as the lack of timeliness and innovativeness,inadequate teaching quality and facility,it is proposed that university-enterprise cooperation,training double qualified teachers,teaching practice guided by social evaluation,etc.to construct on campus practice teaching system in application-oriented universities.
