高校思想政治教育与行政管理的耦合研究——以三农问题为例

新时代高校思政教育面临着严峻的挑战,在整体层面上,依托思政教育来引领与影响受教育者还存在诸多的不足。应将思政教育与行政管理充分地结合起来。唯有两者相互补充、相互影响、相互制约,才能发挥两者在学生教育与人才培养中的功能和作用。对此,本文从思政教育与行政管理相互融合的层面出发,探析了两者的工作内涵、问题及耦合殴,同时以三农问题为例,提出了相应的解决意见和方案。以期为我国高校思政教育工作的创新发展开辟出全新的发展道路。

In the new era,ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is facing severe challenges.On the whole,relying on Ideological and political education to lead and influence the educated still has many shortcomings.We should combine ideological and political education with administrative management.Only when they complement,influence and restrict each other can they play their roles in student education and talent cultivation.In this regard,from the perspective of the integration of Ideological and political education and administrative management,this paper analyzes the connotation,problems and coupling of the two,and puts forward corresponding solutions and solutions to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In order to open up a new way for the innovation and development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities。
