摘要
泉州市民营企业在实现人才共享方面存在人才共享意识薄弱、人才共享政策缺乏、人才共享供求信息不对称、人才共享服务平台欠缺等问题。泉州市政府及民营企业应采取强化人才共享意识,树立人才共享理念;建立灵活用工制度,完善人才共享政策;加强人才信息资源建设,推进共享用工信息精准对接;优化人才共享联盟等措施,以最大限度地发挥人才资源的整体合力,提高企业的综合竞争力。
The problems in talents sharing among Quanzhou City private enterprises were weak awareness,lack of supportive policies,mismatch between talents demand and supply,and missing talents sharing service platforms.Therefore,the Quanzhou City government and private enterprises should take measures to strengthen the awareness of talents sharing and establish flexible employment systems to improve talents sharing policies;strengthen the construction of talents information resources and promote the accurate match of employment demand and supply;optimize talents sharing alliances to maximize the overall force of talents resources and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
