原发性醛固酮增多症患者血清25羟维生素D3水平与血浆肾素活性的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D and plasma renin activity in patients with primary aldosteronism

摘要 目的探讨原发性醛固酮增多症(PA)患者血清25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]与血浆肾素活性(PRA)的关系。方法测定2017年4—8月住院诊断151例PA患者的血清25-(OH)D3和PRA水平。其中,25-(OH)D_(3)<20 ng/mL者105例(A组),25-(OH)D3≥20 ng/mL者46例(B组)。分析血清25-(OH)D3水平与PRA的关系。结果 A组PRA高于B组[(0.83±0.32) ng/mL vs.(0.58±0.24) ng/mL](P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清25-(OH)D3和PRA呈负相关(r=-0.291,P<0.05)。经二分类logistic回归分析发现,PRA是血清25-(OH)D3缺乏的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论 25-(OH)D3缺乏的PA患者PRA水平升高,是血清25-(OH)D3缺乏的保护性因素。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] and plasma renin activity in the patients with primary aldosteronism(PA).Methods Serum 25-(OH)D3 and plasma renin activity were detected in 151 patients with primary aldosteronism(PA),who were admitted in hospital from April to August 2017.Of 151 patients, 105 cases were with 25-(OH)D3 deficiency [25-(OH)D3 <20 ng/mL,group A] and 46 cases were with normal level 25-(OH)D3 [25-(OH)D3≥20 ng/mL,group B].The correlation between serum 25-(OH)D3 and plasma renin activity was analyzed.Results Plasma renin activity was higher in group A than that in group B [(0.83±0.32) ng/mL vs.(0.58±0.24) ng/mL](P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between serum 25-(OH)D3 and plasma renin activity(r=-0.291,P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that plasma renin activity was a protective factor for serum 25-(OH)D3 deficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma renin activity is elevated in PA patients with 25-(OH)D3 deficiency, which is a protective factor for serum 25-(OH)D3 deficiency.
