160例老年前列腺癌病理分级及临床分期与血清微量元素的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between pathological grade and clinical stage and serum trace elements in 160 elderly patients with prostate cancer

摘要 目的主要探讨内容为老年前列腺癌患者病理分级与血清微量元素以及临床分期之间所存在的对应相关性。方法结合我院从2015年9月到2020年9月之间所收治的160例老年前列腺癌患者,同期我院共收治了146例良性前列腺增生症患者,同时以104例健康体检者作为对照组进行研究。所有研究对象都行静脉抽血并分离血清,血清微量元素含量测定工具为原子吸收分光光度计。结果前列腺癌组血清铁和铜含量高于前列腺增生组和对照组,而血清锌含量低于前列腺增生组和对照组(P<0.05);前列腺增生组血清铁和铜含量高于对照组,而血清锌含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。低分化血清铁和铜含量高于中分化和高分化,而血清锌含量低于中分化和高分化(P<0.05);中分化血清铁和铜含量高于高分化,而血清锌含量低于高分化(P<0.05)。T4期血清铁和铜含量高于T3、T2和T1,而血清锌含量低于T3、T2和T1(P<0.05);T3血清铁和铜含量高于T2和T1,而血清锌含量低于T2和T1(P<0.05);T2血清铁和铜含量高于T1,而血清锌含量低于T1(P<0.05)。血清铁、铜与低分化和T3~T4分期前列腺癌患者呈正相关,而血清锌与低分化和T3~T4分期前列腺癌患者呈负相关。结论血清铁以及铜含量在老年前列腺癌患者体内出现升高的现象,而血清锌则呈现出下降的倾向,同时前列腺癌低分化以及T3~T4分期这几项指标与血清锌呈现负相关,而与血清铁以及铜呈现出正相关。 Objective Analyze and compare the differences in physical development between IVF and naturally conceived twins. Methods A total of 146 patients with benign prostate cancer and 104 healthy physical examinees were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2020 as the control group for the experiment. All of the subjects in the study will carry out venous blood drawing and serum separation, serum trace element content determination tool is an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results Compared with the control group and the prostate hyperplasia group, the level of copper content and serum iron was higher in the prostate cancer group, while the level of serum zinc was lower in the prostate cancer group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum iron and copper content measurement results showed higher levels in the prostate hyperplasia group and lower levels in the serum zinc content in the prostate cancer group(P<0.05). The content of copper and serum iron in medium and high differentiation was lower than that in low differentiation,and the corresponding content of serum zinc was relatively higher(P<0.05). In terms of copper content and serum iron content,high differentiation was lower than medium differentiation, while high differentiation was higher than low differentiation in serum zinc content(P<0.05). The content of copper and the level of T3, T1 and T2 in serum iron are all higher than that of T4.Among them, the content of T2 and T1 in serum zinc is higher than T3 and lower than T3 T4 in serum iron and copper(P<0.05).The content of serum iron and copper in T1 was lower than that in T2, respectively, while the measured results above the serum zinc index were lower than that in T1(P<0.05). To sum up, it can be concluded that the indicators positively correlated with prostate cancer patients include low differentiation, serum iron, copper, and T3-T4 stage, while the indicators negatively correlated with prostate cancer patients include low differentiation, serum zinc, and T3-T4 stage. Conclusion Serum iron and copper contents in elderly patients with prostate cancer are increased, while serum zinc tends to decrease. Meanwhile,indicators of low differentiation of prostate cancer and T3-T4 stage are negatively correlated with serum zinc, while positively correlated with serum iron and copper.
