摘要
《大学英语教学指南》(2020版)提出了实施混合式教学模式、拓展大学英语后续课程———ESP教学内容以及提升教师素养的要求。在该背景下,本文以文秋芳教授提出的大学外语教师专业学习共同体建设的理论框架为理论依托,以前人和项目组成员共同学习、发展为实践基础,提出在当前构建ESP教师PLC的有效路径:优选化共同体成员、清晰化团队目标、科学化中介和媒介、实践化团队成果和标准化监管机制五个方面。
The implementation of blended teaching model and the integration of ESP teaching into college English teaching pose great challenges to teachers' all-round quality,especially in digital techniques and specialized knowledge.Under the current circumstances,it is advised to build interdisciplinary professional learning communities based on relevant theories.It is argued that the following ways may be effective:optimizing community members,clarifying objectives,scientizing inter-media,practising products and standardize supervision mechanism.
