摘要
为了促进蝴蝶兰提早开花及提高其观赏性,以蝴蝶兰大花品种‘仙女’为试材,研究在刚抽花梗时叶面喷施不同浓度的GA3、6-BA及CPPU后蝴蝶兰开花性状的变化。结果表明,一定浓度的GA3处理能有效促进蝴蝶兰提前开花及增加其单枝小花数,处理效果均优于6-BA和CPPU。其中,50 mg/L的GA3处理后蝴蝶兰提前开花和单枝小花数均显著高于对照,处理效果最佳;150 mg/L的6-BA能较有效地提早开花,增加单枝小花数。
In order to promote the early flowering and ornamental quality of Phalaenopsis amabilis,the flowering characteristics were studied after spraying different concentrations of GA3,6-BA and CPPU on the leaf surface during pedicel drawing.The results showed that GA3 treatment could effectively promote the early flowering and increase the number of florets per branch.And the treatment effect was better than 6-BA and CPPU.Treatment with 50 mg/L GA3 could significantly increase the early flowering and flower number of Phalaenopsis comparing with the control.The treatment effect of 150 mg/L 6-BA was more effective in early flowering and increased the number of single branch florets.
