随着现代教育观念的普及,高校毕业人数不断攀升,出现不充分就业和慢就业等现象。2020年新冠肺炎的爆发冲击就业市场,高校毕业生的就业形势更加严峻。本文试用蛛网模型动态分析新冠肺炎疫情后的高校毕业生劳动力市场,结果表明高校毕业生劳动力市场在未来将呈发散型蛛网,逐步偏离市场均衡点,波动幅度增大。对此,本文从供给端、需求端两方面提出促进市场调整的相关对策,减缓公共危机事件对就业市场的冲击。

With the popularization of modern education concepts,the number of graduates is increasing continuously,and there are phenomena such as underemployment and slow employment.The outbreak of COVID-19 has greatly impacted the job market and the situation of the employment of graduates has become more and more severe.This article tries to use the cobweb model to dynamically analyze the labor market of graduates after the COVID-19,which will show a divergent cobweb in the future,gradually deviating from the market equilibrium point and increasing the fluctuations according to the research results.In this regard,this article will propose relevant countermeasures to promote market adjustment from both the supply side and the demand side,so as to slow down the impact of public crises on the job market.
