城市型大学创新创业教育发展现状与对策研究——以江汉大学为例

Research on Current Development Situations and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in City Universities——Take Jianghan University as an Example

利用问卷调查和访谈法,对江汉大学创新创业教育发展现状调研后发现,城市型大学学生主要来自地方省市并扎根当地城市创业,而极少学生选择去本地乡村创业。学校创新创业教育体系初步建立但不够完善,大多数学生对创业感兴趣并期待获得创新创业教育,但学校创新创业教育惠及不全、教育模式及教师队伍未能满足学生需求。建议城市型大学应针对问题、立足地方,充分发挥学生主体、教师主导的作用,树立城乡一体化发展的创业教育理念,确立校地共同发展的创新创业教育目标与合作平台。探索反映大学生个性特点和多样化需求的教育模式、宣传方式和保障机制,校企共享资源培养"双师型"教师,为区域经济社会发展培养创新创业型人才,促进城市型大学创新创业教育持续健康发展。

The article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate current development situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Jianghan University.It is found that city university students mainly come from the province and the city where the university is located and rooted in the local city for entrepreneurship,while very few students choose to start a business in the local villages and towns.The school’s innovation and entrepreneurship education system is initially established but not perfect.Most students are interested in entrepreneurship and expect to obtain innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,the school’s innovation and entrepreneurship education is not fully popularized,and the educational model and teaching team have not been able to meet the needs of students.It is suggested that city universities should focus on the problems,base on the locality,give full play to teacher-oriented student-centred,and establish an entrepreneurial education concept of integrated urban and rural development,establish an innovative and entrepreneurial education goal and a cooperation platform for the joint development of schools and enterprises.Exploring educational models,publicity methods and commitment mechanisms that reflect the personality characteristics and diverse needs of college students.Schools and enterprises share resources to train"dual-professional"teachers for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of meeting the needs of regional economic and social development,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the city university’s innovation and entrepreneurship education.
