顽石处理对半自磨机产能的影响

Effect of Pebble Treatment on Productivity of Semi-Autogenous Mill

为了研究顽石处理效果对半自磨机产能的影响,结合国内外研究成果,对河南某矿半自磨工艺现场数据进行收集和分析。通过研究发现,当顽石破碎机排矿口过大时,顽石“携带”和“回流”现象加重,导致“旧顽石”再次返回半自磨机,半自磨机运行稳定性变差,严重制约半自磨机产能发挥;进一步分析现场运行情况,确定顽石破碎排矿口的最佳设定值为16 mm。

In order to study the effect of pebble treatment on the production capacity of semi-autogenous mill,combined with the research results at home and abroad,the field data of semi-autogenous mill in a mine in Henan were collected and analyzed.Through the study,it is found that when the pebble crusher discharge mouth is too large,the phenomenon of“carrying”and“backflow”of the pebble is aggravated,which leads to the“old pebble”returning to the semi-autogenous mill again,and the operation stability of the semi-autogenous mill is worse,which seriously restricts the production capacity of the semi-autogenous mill.Further analysis of the field operation determines that the best set value of the pebble crusher row ore mouth is 16 mm.
