摘要
本文介绍了一种新型超细二硫化钼粉的粉碎方法。通过对流化床气流粉碎机的喷嘴、腔体高度及分级机进行改进达到生产出超细二硫化钼的目的。利用改进后的粉碎机生产出的超细二硫化钼粒度D50最小可达到0.6μm。该方法简单可行,改造费用较低,不影响产品质量。
This paper introduces a new crushing method of ultrafine molybdenum disulfide powder.The production of ultrafine molybdenum disulfide is achieved by improving the nozzle,cavity height and classifier of the fluidized bed jet mill.By using the improved mill,the minimum D50 granularity of molybdenum disulfide can reach 0.6μm.This method is simple and feasible,the cost of modification is low and the product quality is not affected.
