摘要
纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中氨氮具有操作简单、准确性高和灵敏度高等优点,但容易受到多种因素的影响,本文主要分析了水样自身干扰物质、溶液体系pH以及显色条件等影响因素,并进行干扰消除,寻找出适合钼化工废水氨氮分析的条件,以保证检测数据的准确性。
The determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by Nessler reagent spectrophotometry has advantages of convenient operation,high accuracy and high sensitivity,but it is easily affected by many factors.This paper mainly analyzes the factors of interfering substances of the water samples,pH of the solution system and color conditions,and the interference elimination is carried out,so as to find the suitable conditions for ammonia nitrogen analysis of molybedneum chemical wastewater and ensure the accuracy of the test data.
