摘要
通过固-固和纳米喷雾掺杂得到Mo-Re合金和Mo-Re-Ce合金粉末,再经过烧结、轧制得到钼合金板。将Mo-Re-Ce合金与Mo及Mo-Re合金板的微观组织与力学性能进行对比,得到如下结论:添加低含量(质量分数5.0%)Re元素对纯钼有明显的细晶强化效果;弥散分布的CeO_(2)纳米颗粒对Mo-Re合金的强韧化效果更明显。
Mo-Re alloy and Mo-Re-Ce alloy powder were obtained by solid-solid and nano-spray doping,and then the corresponding molybdenum alloy plates were prepared by sintering and rolling.By comparing microstructure and mechanical properties of Mo-Re alloy and Mo-Re-Ce alloy with those of pure Mo,the following conclusion is drawn:the addition of low content(5.0%)Re has obvious fine grain strengthening effect on pure molybdenum,and the dispersed CeO_(2)nanoparticles have more obvious strengthening and toughening effect on Mo-Re alloy.
