In order to follow the pace of development of the times and meet the needs of cultural development,it is necessary to increase more cultural activity venues on the basis of urban buildings and gradually upgrade the supporting facilities for cultural publicity.Based on the Guanggu Culture and Art Center,the planning and construction design of the Culture and Art Center is studied in detail,the cultural connotation is actively excavated,and analyzed and reconstructed through the culture and Art Center.The problems existing in the planning and construction design of the Culture and Art Center is timely found out,and effective solutions are formulated,which improves planning and construction design of Guanggu Culture and Art Center,and excavates and plays a role of the cultural value.
