Construction Technology of Open Aluminum Plate Curtain Wall

针对站房外立面铝板幕墙胶缝老化、发黄、变黑,造成整体立面效果变差的问题,自主研发了一种新型双层防水开放式铝板幕墙施工工艺。该开放式铝板幕墙在接缝处采用不打胶工艺,采用防水底板+装修面板体系,既解决了防水问题,又让铝板背后的空气层能够顺畅地流通,起到隔热及吸声效果,可适用于铁路站房、机场航站楼、会展中心、体育馆等大型公共建筑铝板幕墙工程。

For the problems of aging,yellowing and blackening of the glue joint of the aluminum curtain wall on the external facade of the station building which leads to the deterioration of the overall facade effect,a new double-layer waterproof open aluminum curtain wall construction technology is independently developed.The open aluminum curtain wall adopts non-gluing technology at the joints and waterproof floor+decoration panel system,which not only solves the waterproof problem,but also makes the air behind the aluminum plate flow smoothly to play heat-insulation and sound absorption effects,and is suitable for aluminum curtain wall engineering of large public buildings such as railway station building,airport terminal building,exhibition center,gymnasium,etc.
