摘要
在装配式建筑施工中,叠合板吊装工艺尤为重要,而其平整度将会直接影响建筑结构稳定性和美观性。对装配式建筑叠合板板面平整度差的主要原因进行分析,从装配式构件拆分、板结构设计、锚固筋设计、吊装施工、支撑结构设计、上层混凝土浇筑等环节,采用实际案例分析的方法,对装配式建筑叠合板板面平整度控制策略进行探讨,解决了装配式建筑叠合板板面平整度差的问题。
In the construction of prefabricated building,the hoisting technology of laminated plate is particularly important,and its flatness will directly affect the stability and aesthetics of the building structure.The main reasons for the poor flatness of the assembled building composite plate are analyzed,and the control strategy of the surface flatness of the assembled building composite plate by using the method of actual case analysis is discussed from the aspects of assembling component splitting,plate structure design,anchor bar design,hoisting construction,support structure design,and upper concrete pouring and so on,and the problem of poor surface flatness is solved.
