成本管理是建筑企业获利的重要途径,以施工阶段的工程造价动态控制与管理技术为题,首先阐述工程造价控制的概念,其次,分析施工阶段工程造价控制存在的问题,最后对施工阶段的工程造价动态控制与管理技术进行分析,希望为相关行业提供借鉴。
Cost management is an important way for construction companies to make profits.Taking the dynamic control and management technology of project cost in the construction phase as the topic,firstly the concept of project cost control is explained,secondly the problems of project cost control in the construction phase are analyzed,and finally the dynamic control and management technology of project cost in the construction phase is analyzed,hoping to provide reference for related industries.
