摘要
低温碱/尿素复合溶剂体系对纤维素具有独特的溶解性能,为再生纤维素纤维的制备提供了新方法。这种新型的纤维素纤维制备工艺具有生产流程短、生产成本低、对环境无污染等优点,发展前景十分广阔。但低温碱/尿素溶剂体系溶解纤维素的溶解机理复杂,溶解条件苛刻,纤维素溶解度低,纺丝液的稳定性差,成品纤维的强度还有待提高。本文综述了纤维素在低温碱/尿素复合溶剂中的最新研究进展,并对其溶解机理做了简单介绍,在此基础上展望了碱/尿素复合溶剂体系未来的发展趋势和工业化前景。
The alkali/urea compound solvents have excellent solubility for cellulose at low temperature, and provide a new method for the preparation of regenerated cellulose fibers. The novel preparation process of these fibers has the advantages of less production process, low production cost and cause no pollution to the environment, which has a broad development prospect. But the dissolution mechanism of cellulose in alkali/urea compound solvents at low temperature is complex, and has harsh solubility conditions, while cellulose has low solubility and stability, and the fiber strength remains to be improved. In this paper, the latest research progress of cellulose in alkali/urea compound solvents at low temperature is reviewed, and the dissolution mechanism is briefly introduced. Based on this, the future research trends and industrialization prospects of alkali/urea compound solvents are suggested.
