关于超低排放CEMS改造相关问题的探讨

Discussion on Related Problems of CEMS Reconstruction for Ultra Low Emission

随着钢铁、水泥、焦化等非电行业超低排放和深度治理的实施,CEMS应用中遇到的问题越来越多,为满足超低排放后治理设施控制和污染源排放监管的要求,排污单位、在线监测设备厂家、设备供应商等对原有或者新安装的CEMS进行改造,改造后的CEMS在适用性、性能指标、资质要求、验收及执法检查中形成了一些管理环节的新问题,本文结合非电行业超低排放后CEMS安装验收、运行维护及现场执法中遇到的问题及相关技术规范要求进行梳理分析,并提出了一些参考建议。

With the implementation of ultra-low emission and deep treatment in non electric industries such as iron and steel,cement and coking,more and more problems are encountered in the application of CEMS.In order to meet the requirements of control of treatment facilities after ultra-low emission and emission supervision of pollution sources,pollutant discharge units,online monitoring equipment manufacturers,equipment suppliers,etc.have transformed the original or newly installed CEMS,and the applicability of the modified CEMS is satisfactory In this paper,combined with the problems encountered in the installation and acceptance,operation and maintenance and on-site law enforcement of CEMS after ultra-low emission in non electric industry and the requirements of relevant technical specifications,the paper analyzes and puts forward some reference suggestions.
