推动湖南工业绿色制造体系建设的对策与研究

Countermeasures and research on promoting the construction of Hunan green industrial manufacturing system

加快湖南工业绿色制造体系建设既是湖南全面实施“中国制造2025”的重要抓手,也是打造国家重要制造业高地的重要彰显极。本文阐述了工业绿色制造体系的基本内涵,从湖南工业企业低碳绿色发展现状出发,重点分析了湖南工业绿色制造体系建设在载体体系、知识体系、市场体系方面存在的短板,提出了推动湖南工业绿色制造体系建设的主要对策。

Accelerating the construction of Hunan′s green industrial manufacturing system is not only an important starting point for the full implementation of″Made in China 2025″in Hunan,but also an important highlight of the national important manufacture.This paper introduced the intensional definition of″green manufacturing system″.Based on the low-carbon green development of Hunan industrial enterprises,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of Hunan green industrial manufacturing system in the aspects of carrier system,knowledge system and market system,and put forward the main countermeasures to promote the construction of Hunan green industrial manufacturing system.
