摘要
各台电解槽之间排烟量分布的均匀性对电解车间内的工作环境和电解槽热平衡影响较大。遵义铝业的350 kA电解系列槽间排烟均匀性技改项目证明,基于数值模拟技术制定的支烟管优化方案可有效保证槽间排烟分布的均匀性,其偏差实测值从-23%~30%降至±10%以内,显著改善了车间工作环境,为电解车间的热平衡无差别化管理提供了可靠技术保障。
The working environment and cell thermal balance in potroom are greatly influenced by ventilation uniformity of cells.The result of technical innovation project in Zunyi 350 kA potline proved that the ventilation uniformity of cells could be guaranteed by branch pipe optimization scheme based on numerical simulation techniques,whose deviation rate reduced from-23%~30%to±10%.The working environment of the potroom was significantly improved.It provided reliable technical support for the undifferentiated management of cell thermal balance in the potroom.
