国际经贸规则重构对我国汽车产业的影响及对策——基于USMCA、CPTPP和RCEP的分析

The Impact of Reform in International Trade Rules on China’s Auto Industry and Our Countermeasures:An Analysis Based on Provisions of USMCA,CPTPP and RCEP

当前世界发达经济体正在以区域贸易协定谈判为手段重构国际经贸规则,这一进程势必会对我国汽车产业的发展造成较大的冲击。基于此,在对USMCA、CPTPP与RCEP相关条款研究的基础上,分析了国际经贸规则重构对我国汽车产业发展带来的影响,并使用GTAP模型对此影响进行了模拟分析,为我国应对国际经贸规则重构提出了对策建议。

Developed economies restructure international economic and trade rules through the negotiation of regional trade agreements.This process is bound to have a great impact on China’s automobile industry.Based on the research of relevant provisions of USMCA,CPTPP and RCEP,this paper analyzes how this process impact China’s automobile industry by GTAP model.Finally,we puts forward the Countermeasures for our county to deal with the impact of the reconstruction of international economic and trade rules dominated by developed countries.
