基于《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的产业合作框架,以及粤港澳大湾区产业合作优势与障碍,粤港澳大湾区产业合作发展路径应是创新链、产业链和价值链的全面协同。粤港澳大湾区整体产业链发展策略应是基于"强链、补链、延链"的创新平台构建,融合区内先进制造业和现代服务业,全面提升其产业链现代化水平。先进制造业产业链发展策略应是依托粤港澳大湾区制造业基础和技术创新资源,搭建创新发展生态体系,提升产业国际竞争力;现代服务业产业链发展策略是依托粤港澳大湾区服务的优势与特色,以专业化、高端化为导向进行纵横向整合。同时,应充分发挥香港国际金融中心在深化金融服务产业链合作中的作用。

Based on the industrial cooperation framework proposed in the"Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", This paper objectively analyzes the advantages and obstacles of industrial cooperation in Guangdong, Hong Kong-Macao Bay area, and puts forward that the important path of industrial cooperation in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area is the comprehensive coordination of innovation chain, industrial chain and value chain. The overall industrial chain development strategy is based on the construction of innovation platform of "strong chain, supplement chain and extension chain", integrating advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, and comprehensively improving the modernization level of industrial chain;The development strategy of advanced manufacturing industry chain is to build an innovative development ecosystem and enhance industrial competitiveness by relying on the manufacturing foundation and technological innovation resources of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area;The development strategy of the modern service industry chain is oriented towards specialization and high-end integration, and at the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the role of the Hong Kong International Financial Center in deepening cooperation in the financial service industry chain.
