PQQ诱导水稻对纹枯病的抗性研究 被引量:2

Studies on PQQ-induced Resistance of Rice to Sheath Blight

摘要 为筛选出诱导水稻对纹枯病抗性的最佳诱导因子及其诱导最佳条件,在水稻苗期分别喷施不同浓度苯并噻二唑(BTH)、壳寡糖(COS)、吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)、前胡提取液、益农和翆倍加,开展不同诱导因子及诱导方式对水稻纹枯病抗性影响研究。通过调查发病度,计算病情指数和相对防效,筛选出最佳诱导因子及其诱导条件(浓度、方式、诱导时间)。结果表明,BTH、COS、PQQ、前胡提取液、益农和翆倍加均能减轻纹枯病的发生,其中以浓度为2.0μmol/L的PQQ处理防治效果最好,相对防效达到51.0%,远高于其他诱导因子的相对防效,也显著优于对照井冈霉素。PQQ诱导作用的最优条件为苗期喷施、浓度2.0μmol/L、诱导时间72 h,其相对防效可达50%以上。 In order to screen suitable inductive factors and optimal inducing conditions for rice resistance to sheath blight, different concentrations of inductive factors including benzothiadiazole(BTH), chitooligosaccharides(COS), pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ), radix peucedani extract, Yinong and Cuibeijia were sprayed at the seedling stage of rice to study the effects of the inductive factors and inducing methods on the resistance to sheath blight. By investigating the incidence, disease index and relative control effect, the best inductive factor and its inducing conditions(concentration, method and inducing time) were selected. The results showed that all of the tested inductive factors had indeed reduced the occurrence of sheath blight. Among them, PQQ had the best control effect, and when the concentration of PQQ was 2.0 μmol/L, the relative control effect reached 51.0%, which was much higher than those of the other treatments with the tested inductive factors and concentrations, and was also distinctly better than that of the control inducer Jinggangmycin. The optimal inducing conditions for PQQ were spraying a concentration of 2.0 μmol/L at the seedling stage and inducing for 72 h, and the relative control effect could be more than 50%.
