摘要
依循理论研究的范式,基于自我决定理论,将基本心理需要作为关键性中介要素,对个体身体素养发展的自主性动机作用状态进行了逐级分析,并对其生成过程进行系统探究。研究认为,个体惟有充分利用己身、家庭、学校、社区、制度等主客观条件,主动、合理地融入到所处的场域之中,在满足与自身身体素养发展相关的能力需要、自主需要和归属需要的情况之下,方可引导外在动机的内化与整合,使其朝着积极、正向的方向发展,生成自主性动机,从而激励明确性身体活动行为的持续发生,也才可能源源不断地通过"身体之维"践行身体素养之旅,成为一个具有良好身体素养的人。
Based on the paradigm of theoretical research and the theory of self-determination,this paper,taking the basic psychological needs as a key intermediary element,analyzes the role of self-motivation in the development of physical literacy level by level,and systematically explores its generation process.It believes that an individual must make full use of the subjective and objective conditions of physical,family,school and so on,and actively and reasonably integrate into the field.Only under the condition that the individual meets the ability needs,independent needs and belonging needs,could we guide the internalization and integration of extrinsic motivation,and make it develop in a positive direction,and generate autonomous motivation,so as to encourage the persistence of explicit physical activities.In this way,it is possible to continuously practice the journey of physical literacy through"embodied dimension"and become a physically literate person.
