深化体教融合促进青少年体质健康的现实诉求、实践路径与保障机制

Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Physical Health of Young People′s Realistic Demands, Practice Paths and Guarantee Mechanisms

运用文献资料、专家访谈和归纳分析法等研究方法,从分析我国青少年体质健康存在的主要问题和影响青少年参与体育活动的因素入手,提出了深化体教融合促进青少年体质健康发展的实践路径,即:构建多维度的体教融合价值体系;建立青少年体质健康发展的多主体联动机制;理顺联动机制供需主体的关系;有效开发学校体育资源,实现青少年体质健康的可持续发展。在此基础上,提出构建青少年体质健康发展的综合保障机制,为推动青少年体质健康发展的提供良好环境。

By using the methods of literature review, expert interview and inductive analysis, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the physical health of teenagers in China and the factors affecting their participation in sports activities, and it puts forward the practical path of deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the development of teenagers’ physical health.That is, to build a multi-dimensional value system of integration of sports and education;to establish the healthy development of teenagers’ physical health.In order to realize the sustainable development of teenagers’ physical health, we should establish a multi-agent linkage mechanism, straighten out the relationship between supply and demand of linkage mechanism, and effectively develop school sports resources.On this basis, this paper proposes to build a comprehensive guarantee mechanism for the healthy development of young people′s physique so as to provide a good environment for promoting the healthy development of young people′s physique.
