摘要
在实现雷达功能的基础上,要求雷达座质量轻、刚度大,设计了一种雷达支撑座,并分析结构承受载荷情况。用有限元方法,对雷达座结构进行分析,得到雷达座的强度和变形情况,将某一节点的等效应力值与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了有限元仿真结果的可靠性。根据有限元分析结果,对雷达座进行结构改进。分析各构件尺寸对质量、最大应力和最大变形的影响程度,确定优化变量,对雷达座结构作多目标优化,优化后雷达座质量减小,力学性能显著提高,为雷达座结构的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
On the basis of realizing the radar function,the radar base is required to be light and rigid. A radar support base is designed and the load-bearing condition of the structure is analyzed. The finite element method is used to analyze the structure of the radar pedestal,and the strength and deformation of the radar pedestal are obtained. The equivalent stress value of a node is compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the reliability of the finite element simulation results. According to the results of finite element analysis,the structure of the radar base is improved. Analyze the influence of the size of each component on the quality,maximum stress and maximum deformation,determine the optimization variables,and optimize the radar base structure with multiple objectives. After optimization,the mass of the radar base is reduced,and the mechanical performance is significantly improved. This is the design and optimization of the radar base structure. Provide a theoretical basis.
