摘要
针对滤布滤池中滤布易堵塞的问题,开展了絮凝-滤布滤池处理某污水处理厂二级出水的中试,考察了滤布滤池的运行规律并结合数学模拟的方法研究滤布滤池过滤机理。结果表明,滤布滤池的水头差随着运行水量的加大而加快增长,运行水量加大过滤周期缩短。该滤布滤池的过滤过程符合滤饼层过滤模型,模型参数αρw为1.3×10^(9)m^(-2)左右,Rm0为6×10^(9)m^(-1)左右。模拟结果与运行参数能够较好地吻合,可为进一步研究完善和推广应用起到促进作用。
In order to solve the problem of filter cloth clogging in filter cloth filter, a pilot-scale test of flocculation-cloth media filter was carried out to treat the secondary effluent of a sewage treatment plant. The operation law of cloth media filter was investigated and the filtration mechanism of cloth media filter was studied by mathematical simulation. The results showed that the head difference of the cloth media filter increased with the increase of the operating water amount, and the filtering cycle shortened with the increase of the operating water amount. The filtration process of the cloth media filter conformed to the cake layer filtration model. The model parameters αρw were about 1.3×10^(9)m^(-2) and Rm0 was about 6×10^(9)m^(-1). The simulation results were in good agreement with the operation parameters, which can promote the further research and application.
