摘要
基于有限元分析技术对某型柴油机连杆模锻成形过程中坯料的体积分配情况进行了研究,计算出比较精确的连杆锻造坯料。实际生产锻坯验证表明,使用优化工艺成形的锻件充填良好,模锻件成形应力较小,成形精度较高,无成形缺陷。结果能为其它型号连杆锻件的锻坯设计提供参考。
Based on the finite element analysis technology, the volume distribution of blank in die forging process of a diesel engine connecting rod was studied, and the accurate connecting rod forging blank was calculated. The actual production of forging billet verification shows that the forging formed by optimization process is well filled, the forming stress of die forging is small, the forming precision is high, and there is no forming defect. The results can provide a reference for the forging billet design of other connecting rod forgings.
