摘要
为了应对标准化和跨平台的趋势,OPC UA作为新一代OPC标准,被越来越多的硬件厂商所支持。本文以自动化立体仓库中的监控系统作为应用背景,设计了基于OPC UA中订阅机制的异步通讯架构,提出了可实时反馈于前端界面的PLC状态信息模型,以WPF作为用户界面框架实现了监控系统的核心可视化功能,最后给出了与OPC UA服务的通讯实例。
In order to cope with the trend of standardization and cross platform,OPC UA,as a new generation of OPC standard,is supported by more and more hardware manufacturers.Taking the monitoring system of automated warehouse as the application background,this paper designs an asynchronous communication architecture based on the subscription mechanism of OPC UA,puts forward a PLC status information model which can feed back to the UI in real time,and realizes the core visualization function of the monitoring system with WPF as the UI framework.Finally,an example with OPC UA service is given.
