摘要 近年来,高等学校大量引进人才,扩大师资队伍,教师招聘信息化解决了传统招聘方式—电子邮件投递简历、人工筛选、核对、查找、审核、效率低、成本高的问题。根据高等学校教师招聘的特点,结合SSM框架,使用MySQL数据库,设计高等学校教师招聘系统,为应聘人员、人事部门工作人员实现注册登录、简历填报与维护、简历审批、打印准考证等功能,实现教师招聘管理的信息化、网络化、系统化,实现教师招聘过程的公平、高效。 In recent years,colleges and universities have introduced a large number of talents and expanded their faculty.The informatization of teacher recruitment has solved the problems of low efficiency and high cost in traditional recruitment methods of e-mail delivery of resumes,manual screening,verification,search,and review.According to the characteristics of teacher recruitment in colleges and universities,combined with the SSM framework and using MySQL database,the teacher recruitment system in colleges and universities is designed to realize registration and login,resume filling and maintenance,resume approval,printing admission ticket and other functions for applicants and personnel staff.The system realizes the informatization,network,and systemization of teacher recruitment management,and realizes the fairness and high efficiency of the teacher recruitment process.
