金华市利用既有铁路开行市域列车的关键问题研究

Research on Key Issues in Using Existing Railway for Operating Suburban Trains in Jinhua City

利用既有铁路开行市域列车实施易、见效快,但难点在于如何有效、合理地制定市域列车的开行方案。通过梳理国内相关案例,提出研究既有铁路与城市的关系、提升市域列车服务水平的措施、既有铁路的通道能力及市域列车开行方案、市域列车的运营管理模式、市域列车的经济效益等关键问题。并以金华市利用既有铁路开行市域列车为例,提出合理、有效、经济的解决方案。

Using existing railway has the advantages of easy implementation and quick effect,but difficulty lies in how to effectively and reasonably formulate an operation scheme for suburban trains.Through sorting out relevant domestic cases,key issues are put forward for research,including relationship between railway and city,measures to improve suburban train service level,channel capacity of existing railway and operation scheme for suburban trains,operation management mode of suburban trains,benefit analysis of suburban trains.Taking Jinhua City using existing railway for operating suburban trains as an example,reasonable,effective and economic measures are put forward.
