盾构隧道下穿砌体结构住宅群的施工技术 被引量:9

摘要 以呼和浩特市轨道交通2号线呼和浩特站—公主府站区间盾构隧道下穿砌体结构住宅群为工程背景,采用MIDAS-GTS有限元软件对盾构隧道下穿砌体结构住宅群进行数值模拟。以砌体结构墙体最大拉应力增量作为评价指标,分析盾构隧道施工对砌体结构的影响。提出洞内深孔注浆加固措施的技术参数,结合现场监测数据,对加固效果进行分析。结果表明:未采取任何加固措施时,盾构隧道施工结束后,房屋的沉降虽能满足控制要求,但砌体结构墙体最大拉应力增量不满足房屋安全使用要求;采用深孔注浆加固后,墙体的最大拉应力增量可以满足建筑物安全使用控制标准,证明深孔注浆加固技术可以较好地减少盾构隧道施工对砌体结构房屋的影响,保证砌体结构建筑物的安全和正常使用。 Taking shield tunnel between Hohhot Station and Gongzhufu Station of Hohhot City Rail Transit Line 2 undercrossing masonry structure residential group as engineering background,numerical simulation for shield tunnel undercrossing masonry structure residential group is carried out by using MIDAS-GTS finite element software.The maximum tensile stress increment of the masonry structured house wall is taken as the evaluation index.The influence of shield tunnel construction on masonry structured house is analyzed,and technical parameters are proposed for deep-hole grouting reinforcement measure.The reinforcement effect is analyzed taking into consideration of field monitoring data.Results show that,without reinforcement measure,settlement of house can meet control requirements,but the maximum tensile stress increment of masonry structure wall does not meet the requirements of safe use after shield tunnel construction completed;with deep-hole grouting reinforcement technology,the maximum tensile stress increment of the wall can meet safe control standards of building.It is proved that the deep-hole grouting reinforcement technology can well reduce the influence on masonry structure caused by shield tunnel construction and ensure safe and normal use of masonry buildings.
