摘要
本文分析了在大类培养模式下“半导体物理与器件”课程存在的问题,并基于大类培养方针,结合微电子专业的特点,对“半导体物理与器件”课程提出了教学改革方案。通过合理安排教学内容,采用多样化教学手段,从而改善教学效率,提高学生的学习兴趣和自主性,促进高校高质量地培养微电子领域人才。
This paper analyzes the problems of the Semiconductor Physics and Devices course under the large-scale training mode.We put forward a teaching reform plan of Semiconductor Physics and Devices course based on the principle of the large-scale training mode and the characteristics of microelectronics.Through the reasonable arrangement of teaching content and the adoption of diversified teaching methods,the teaching efficiency can be improved,and the learning interest and initiative of students can also be enhanced,which will help the universities developtalents in the field of microelectronics.
