摘要
针对油田试采作业期间,大量油田伴生气被直接放空或者燃烧造成的能源浪费及环境污染问题,利用某自升式平台的钻杆堆场空间布置伴生气液化装置,采用C3/MRC混合冷剂液化工艺对伴生气进行液化,将液化后产生的LNG及NGL放入罐箱中存储,另布置双燃料发电机组一台为伴生气液化装置提供电力,回收方案扩展了某自升式平台的功能,可实现平台在试采作业期间伴生气液化回收、储存、转运的一体化。
In view of the large amount of energy waste and environmental pollution caused by the direct venting or combustion of a large amount of associated gas during the trial production,a scheme of small associated gas liquefaction recovery device was designed.Associated gas liquefaction unit was arranged in the drill pipe yard space of a jack-up platform.The associated gas was liquefied by the C3/MRC mixed refrigerant liquefaction process,and the liquefied LNG and NGL were stored in the tank.A dual-fuel generator set was arranged to provide power for the associated gas liquefaction unit.The scheme could extend the function of the jack-up platform,and realizes the integration of liquefaction recovery,storage and transportation of associated gas during the trial production.
