摘要
针对某海上采油平台配电方案中设备多、成本高、接线复杂的问题,采用简化供配电系统主接线、降低配电电压等级的方法,提出供配电优化方案,在保证平台供电可靠性和满足工艺要求的前提下,减少了35 kV成套配电装置和35/0.4 kV干式变压器的数量,取消了3套6.3 kV注水泵电动机启动用变频器,电气设备投资大大降低。同时,由于35 kV电气设备的减少和变频器的取消,平台面积减小,节约了平台的建造成本。
Aiming at the problems of many equipment,high cost and complex wiring in the power distribution scheme of the offshore production platform,the method of simplifying the main wiring of the power supply and distribution system and reducing the voltage level of the distribution system was adopted.On the premise of ensuring the reliability of power supply of the platform and meeting the process requirements,the number of 35 kV complete power distribution device and 35/0.4 kV dry-type transformer was reduced,and three 6.3 kV frequency converters for starting water injection pump motor were cancelled,so as to greatly reduce the investment of electrical equipment,reduce the platform area and save the construction cost of the platform.
