14所基层医院《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》培训现状调查

Survey of Technical Operation Specification for Intravenous Treatment and Nursing training for nurses in 14 primary hospitals

目的通过调查番禺区不同等级基层医院对《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范(WS/T433-2013)》(以下简称《静疗标准》)的培训及掌握情况,为《静疗标准》在基层医疗机构的培训需求与使用提供依据。方法采用自行设计的《静疗标准》培训现状调查问卷,采用便利抽样的方法,对番禺区14所基层医疗机构的2588名护理人员进行调查。结果培训次数多的护士考核得分高于培训次数少的护士,不同培训形式的护士考核得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);认为《静疗标准》对实际工作非常有帮助的护士考核得分高,对《静疗标准》的熟练程度高的护士考核得分越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同级别医院护理人员的考核得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);本科或以上学历的护士考核得分高于大专或以下学历,职务为护士长及以上的考核得分高于责任护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院级别、学历、职务、培训形式、培训次数以及《静疗标准》在实际工作的帮助的认识影响培训掌握程度,基层医疗机构需进一步丰富培训形式、途径,保证培训质量。

Objective By investigating the training and mastery of the Technical Operation Specification for Intravenous Treatment and Nursing(WS/T433-2013)(hereinafter referred to as the Standard for Intravenous Treatment)in different levels of primary hospitals in Panyu District,the paper provides a basis for the training needs and application of the Standard for Intravenous Treatment in primary medical institutions.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the training status of Standard for Intravenous Treatment,and 2588 nursing staff from 14 primary medical institutions in Panyu District were investigated by convenience sampling method.Results The assessment scores of nurses with more training times were higher than those with less training times,and the differences among nurses with different training forms were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nurses who thought the Standard for Intravenous Treatment was very helpful to practical work had higher scores,and the nurses with higher proficiency in the Standard for Intravenous Treatment had higher scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was statistical significance in the evaluation scores of nursing staff in different levels of hospitals(P<0.01).The scores of nurses with bachelor degree or above were higher than those with junior college degree or below,and the scores of head nurse or above were higher than those of responsible nurses,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of training is affected by the hospital level,education background,position,training form,training frequency and the understanding of Standard for Intravenous Treatment in practical work.The primary hospitals need to further enrich training forms and channels to ensure the quality of training.
